1 1/2 oz Cascade hop pellets (boiling) - 7-8 HBU
1/2 oz Yakima Goldings hop pellets (finishing)
2 tsp Gypsum
1 pkg Safale S-04 (11.5g) dried ale yeast

Total boil time: 60 min
Boil time after adding finishing hops: 1 min
Temperature at yeast pitching: 89F
Corrected specific gravity at yeast pitching: 1.040 + 0.004 = 1.044
Bottled 12/15/2011: 50 bottles
Corrected specific gravity at bottling: 1.011
Alcohol content: 3.47%
Good to go on 12/23/2011
Has aged well with time by 1/15/2012
The lower carbonation in this recipe is okay but I would probably go for 3/4 cup corn sugar at bottling next time
